    just looking for some opinions on this...

    I say the B program, i super-set seated shoulder presses with side laterals and i can get that forearm/calf burn pump with that. flat bench supersets with incline flys would pretty much take care of the chest for starters,nice way to get the blood in there. In my humble opinion. Either way best...

    this looks like a true hardcore site, can't wait to share and learn. I've been lifting for a long time, close to 25 years, and if there's one thing that's constant is you never stop learning.I know I'm going to learn something from somebody on this site, I just hope I can teach somebody...
