    leg-press Raises Yea I still do not see any Leg-press raises. Also later in the work out on one of the days it says to do leg presses 2x15 then a few excersices down it says to do leg-press raises 4x15 so now I am really confussed I figured it was a typo and suppose to be the same excercise.

    hello i am trying to follow Bob Parises Flawless work out. A few excersises Have me confussed.. What is an Extension??,,,, Lying french press?? leg press raise?? I am thinking that what he is saying as an extension is a leg extension?? But leg press raise i have no clue.. Thanks Lin
