Yea we definitely try to keep each other in line while we're training. She pushes me hard and i do the same for her. We workout well together. Now only if she was tall enough and strong enough to spot on over head presses...... hmmm lol jk
i PROMISE that you will not be satisfied with the results of this cycle. You came to this forum for advice so you should atleast try to listen. If you got it all figured then hell, just go for it. But i can guarantee it isnt the right choice to follow through with this cycle. You have no base.
the longer and faster you blend, the more they stay suspended, but its not too bad if you just shake it and chew them a little bit. If you blend long enough they pretty much dissolve and just thicken up the shake
Good luck on your log. Will be very interesting! I just finished a 10 day run and lost about 11 pounds. I planned on going longer but i had to tap out. Keep us posted
Here is what i used to do:
1 banana
1 tbl spoon olive oil
8 oz whole milk
1 cup oats
1 or 2 scoop whey protein
This was about 800-1000 calories and tasted pretty good to me
Who ever told you to run that cycle is a moron. Stick around here and learn something. Keep eating and keep training and most of all keep learning. And what is testa??
just start the test as soon as you get it. you messed up by not waiting till you had everything but now that you got it you might as well get to pinning
Plenty of people use there delts. I never aspirate any more so it doesn matter that i can only use one hand. i used to aspirate when i first started using but not any more.
