    First off, I've done a good share of injectable HGH but now I just take the legal supplements that increase it... I'll take whey protein a couple times and enough AAKG, like with breakfast I'll always have some No-Xplod or Jack3d... Before I go to sleep I always take GABA and ZMA I do take...

    I'm only 28 and I remember a couple years ago I took enough DHEA for my skin to get really terrible with zits, and I didn't even notice any "gains" at the gym... For it to work positively with anti-aging I think you'd have to be like really old... It's a pill with only negative effects IMO

    This morning I scooped 40g of ON Whey protein and I thought "Why not add some Casein because it will just absorb later" So I had a mix of 40g-whey and 25g-casein, and I drank it all at once Did it absorb okay ??? =/
