    I think I would lose my mind without the gym. When things get tough the gym always seems to bring me comfort and a sense of peace.

    I had blood work done and my testosterone came back at 820, free test at 115.7 and estradiol at 25. My doc gave me a compound script for chrysin/progesterone to increase my free test. I thought progesterone was a bad thing(?) Does this sound right?

    I think a week off is very beneficial, especially the older you get. Your body will thank you. The hardest part for me is the mental aspect. I hate not lifting something and I get cranky.
