    Cardio with weights

    Eat a lot of clean food and work hard at both. I do it. Have my gains suffered? maybe but I still gain. Has my run time suffered? sure, but I still do it fast enough and when I put in more effort I get faster. They do have an effect on each other no doubt, but you can improve on both.

    With more drugs and more food you can do a lot of cardio and a lot of strength work. Look at every linebacker in the NFL. I'm eating a lot of clean calories right now, doing plenty of running and my lifts are all going up.

    Depends what you are doing. If it's a light cardio or something similar and a weight session sure. I wouldn't have two strenuous workouts in a day unless I'm taking in a lot of food and a lot of drugs...even then it's overkill.

    I'm using PP GHRP and PCT right now. I have zero problems, in fact I quite enjoy the GHRP. I eat a shit ton of food and maintain weight.

    Why risk it?

    One dose of most AAS will be worse for your body than a single dose of aspirin. It's not BAD but c'mon guy. I use them because I want to be able to perform physically better than the majority and also to look better than the majority. I like the way I am beginning to look and my strength...

    Coupling 531 with bodybuilding

    I have a similar style of 531/BB, I do the 531for my "Big 3" and from there mix in some BB exercises with some heavy strength. In 6 months I also added about 50 to each of my 3 lifts.

    Hell yeah, DC is my drug of choice! You cannot tell me that diet soda is worse for you than sugar loaded regular. Sorry, not gonna happen. Plus, some of us just prefer the lighter flavor.
