I work out Monday through Friday and on Monday wednsday Friday I workout 2 times a day I usually go Monday wedensday chest bi and back and Tuesday Thursday I do tri shoulders abs and then Friday I just do all chest and shoulders. Honestly I really don't have a diet that's one thing I need to start.
