Hi I have a question I want to take something that is going to make me bigger I'm 5'9 Im 175 and I'm 22 I have never really taken anything before and I want to get stronger and I was wondering which one gets you stronger between h and m and what other supplements you need for your kidneys... Help me out thanks

I work out Monday through Friday and on Monday wednsday Friday I workout 2 times a day I usually go Monday wedensday chest bi and back and Tuesday Thursday I do tri shoulders abs and then Friday I just do all chest and shoulders. Honestly I really don't have a diet that's one thing I need to start.

Then you don't need m-drol or H-drol you need to get a diet squared away first. There are alot of good suggestion here in the diet and nutrition forum, that would be a good place to start.

I think you should do more research first. With your present ht, and weight you can make some really good gains on diet alone.The 2 substances you mentioned are not the best for any 1st cycle. I think if you are set to try some thing it may be a good idea to start with the 1-Andro product Iron mag sells. From what I gather it's a perfect 1st cycle hormonal substance. Be sure to get your pct mapped out as well ,or you'll keep very little of any gains, and quite possibly screw up your libido.
 
Between those two, H-drol would be better to start with. However, using a steroid in your situation is a mistake. You will have no net gain because you lack proper diet and training. A quick fix will get you into a quicker mess.

Since you are determined to do this I think you should start liver support 2 weeks before the cycle, take anabolic matrix during, and pct should be nolvadex 40mg ed first 2 weeks 20mg ed next 2 weeks. there are other people who may have other opinions, but I know this will at least minimize the risk.

It is a product Iron Mag labs sells. I think that it along with liver support(get one with milk thistle,n-acetyl cystiene, and alpha lipoic acid)will give you a good cycle support as h-drol will shut you down some.

If you're going to use Nolvadex then you might as well just use the stuff that works... testosterone.

Of course I'm being sarcastic but really, I don't understand the fascination in fake steroids.

You'll waste your money and health by doing an inexperienced cycle. Look at your routine, your poor triceps are getting hit 5 days in a row and you don't even do legs??? You only work half your body on your routine now, and one of the smaller muscle groups (triceps) are getting hit way too often. Remember, even though your doing a bench press, your still hitting your shoulders and triceps as well as chest.

Get on a proper routine and diet and you'll feel like your on the sauce just because you will be training properly and making natural gains. Create a diet with FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and read the diet and training stickies on this site.

Based on your questions it's clear that you're not ready to even think about taking a steriod. What is your current %body fat? First thing you should do is post your diet on the Diet & Nutrition section. Based on your current %BF you should then decide if you need to cut fat or bulk. You will see best gains when your body fat is <20%. Once you have a solid food program you should then post your workout on the Training section. Then you will be on your way. Only after you've taken these first steps should you then think about taking a steriod or pro-hormone. Set a goal to reach based on diet and training and once you've reached that goal you can then start working on a well researched plan to do a steriod or pro-hormone cycle. "If you don't know where you're going or how to get there you will never reach your destination"
