What I sometimes do though is leave my whey protein shake for my "dessert" or snack when Im craving sweets. They usually taste pretty good just do it up pretty hard. Get a nice chocolate whey protein. Add some milk...
I work an overnight shift also 730-730 but I can always eat at my desk. I would suggest is bring lots of food with you and eat on every single break possible!
I try and always eat before my shift and after as well. Just find food when you can depending on what your work gives you for breaks...
Most protein bars are going to have sugar in it.....should be eating quite a few chicken breasts for protein or try making different kind of protein shakes.
I actually have 2 whey protein shakes on hand of different flavors. If I get bored of them I switch the flavors up....sometimes I mix it...
Eat lots.....Only supplements I use are multi vitamin, fish oil, creatine and whey protein the rest you will prob just be wasting your money
