If i eat 300 grams protein per day is there any need for steriods????
What i mean is would the protein create such a positive anabolic effect that i would not need to use sus 250 or win for example.

I have been training about 2 years now.
I eat 150grams protein per day up from 5o grams before bodybuilding.
I workout 2-3 times with free weights and body weight/compound exercises.
I have only gained about 10pounds of muscle in 2 years.
I dont take steriods and i dont do barbells.

For Clenbuterol it is best to run it 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (possibly run it with an eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin stack) and ramp up like this:
Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: 60mcg
Day4-6: 80mcg
Day 7-9: 100mcg
Day 10-12: 120mcg
