    How long are your workouts?

    Not really. This way of training was something I was experimenting with that I recieved as a free training program for visiting x-size.com But the typical ways I train would not be considered conventional either. HIT, and HST.

    How long are your workouts?

    Normal? Who is to say what's normal. Normal is in the eye of the beholder. Do I train this way always? No. I switch up my routines periodically, but usually never train more than 15-45 minutes at a time anywhere from once to three times a week. Here's me (15 lbs lighter than I am right now)...

    Alrighty then... ...this has been a little more intense and torcherous than I anticipated. So far I have a couple of these type of workouts under my belt and wasn't able to hold out for a minute on any of the negatives, and I also went too heavy for most of the drop sets.     Actually, you will only be using your max's the last workout of each 2 week mini-cycle. Basically, muscle growth.

    No. You find your 15, 10 & 5 rep max's for all your exercises to start. You do 2 weeks of each rep range. First two weeks, 15 reps, assign your last workout with your 15 rep max's, then with each preceding workout you work up to that in 5-10 lb increments. Repeat this for your next two weeks...
