    Most beneficial training?

IMO, it's a matter of personal preference. I recommend you give HST a try. Cut out the cardio, and tweak your diet.

HIT people, would like routine critique/help

Interesting. I still think you could handle my 8 set workouts. 1 set to failure of each, 1 minute rest between each.

HIT people, would like routine critique/help

15, 20 minutes tops. No, you'd only do 1 set of each. "Muscles in Minutes", I wasn't very impressed with it. I'll have to read that. You could always try 2 workouts of 3. workout # 1 30 degree incline bench press squat chin-up, close-grip, palms face you workout # 2 parale bar dip deadlift...

HIT people, would like routine critique/help

Who told you squats & deadlifts together are not a good idea? I see no problem with it, but, considering your goal, I think you could benefit from more exercises. 1 set to failure once a week of squat, deadlift, weighted parallel bar dip & weighted chin-up, is a great routine for developing...

    Why Not Pilates?

Yesterday I never even heard of 'pilates' until I was checking into the web site of the 'Super Slow Exercise Guild' Then today I heard a spot on the radio about it being the latest fitness craze. Here's what 'Super Slow' has to say about it: Why Not Pilates?

    I need help with pecs!

I utilize pre-exhausion supersets to bring up lagging body parts. For pecs I would suggest 1 set of the following: superset flat bench fly 30 degree incline press Wait 2 or 3 minutes then: superset incline fly weighted parallel bar dip Choose weights that allow you to fail between 8-12 reps...

    What about this routine?

No offense, but I've seen a lot of advice thrown around on other boards from 'mods' that I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole, and none of those guys had pics either. Besides, a picture speaks a thousand words.

    How often do you train?

Glad to hear it. I know my workouts don't look like much, but when you properly apply appropriate training principles they are effective. It still amazes me how little is really required to make progress when done the right way.
