Mast would be last on the list for recovery, its better used for bodybuilding applications. There are better compounds out for athletic performance.

Your frame looks good although I think your bf is a little higher than 12%. You never mentioned your cycle history other than what you are cruising on, workout schedule, etc. so I don't know your experience. I think if you get your diet in check and step it up on the cardio, it will help a lot...
Intense training should be part of it with any size. Its the only way to benefit from compounds. I personally don't take much more than I guess what you define as a "normal user". Its all in how your body receives the chemicals and you do your part with diet and training. My test normally does...

Dr. like that are worth there weight in gold. Having the opportunity to just be open about everything and get suggestions, you don't find everyday, month or year for that matter. You are doing the right thing V by taking care of him.
