I've read a lot about taurine. It hydrates the cells and aids in the prevention from cramping?

Well I'm 25 so I hope I don't have arthritis? I think i have a relatively in shape core too so im not sure how the muscle fatigue so quickly. I run a little over 3 miles EOD and it gets really bad around the 2 mile mark.

Anyone ever have excessive lower back tightening while jogging, lifting weights, cardio? I recently developed some issue when running longer distances and it prevents me from taking longer strides because the tightening is so painful. it's muscular as opposed to any issues with my spine.

I would consider bodybuilding more static than impact oriented. But I can see with rugy or other sports where you are colliding. But then again my joints would hurt even without the Winny in those sports lol. I was just wondering if there was info on how Winny may or may not "dry out" joints...
I thought many athletes who used Winny used it for endurance. Maybe I'm wrong but I know of a few who are cyclists. And their joints seemed to be alright. Maybe many of those bodybuilding who take winny are dieting and still lifting heavy?

Deca Takes minimum of 6 weeks to get full effects. I actually was at my strongest 2 weeks after my cycle of10 weeks ended. Weird I know.
Also it stays in your system for like 18 months or some bullshit. So don't take it if ur gonna get tested.
