Running 600mg sphinx tren e per week at the mo and really enjoying it. What's the highest you've been on tren?

I know most of us use taurine for back pumps etc when on cycle but has any one supplemented taurine maybe at a higher dose or just seen better results as they both seem to do they same thing as in helping the body get water into the muscles.

Hi I am trying to consume 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day, is this ok or should it be more? I train on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, should I have to consume as much protein on a non training day as a training day? As many opinions as possible please. Thanks in advance.
