    I love how EVERY lifter is cocky as hell and refuses to believe someone elses routine could actually work? Crazyness right? I'm just stating the facts, I was in better shape than Tod..then he got p90x and used it..then he was in better shape than me. There seems to be a common denominator here...

    Moondogg, It didn't mean anything. I tried it just to see how quickly I saw the results. It worked but for the amount of money I was spending on all the shit that has to go with it, it wasn't worth it..

    Indeed not, well the only things I cant do are heavy upper body lifting(save curls) and sit ups. What should I do instead? He said it's going to be sore and inflamed for 2-3 weeks. :pissed:

    Nope I upped to 25, I was feeling like a risk taker. :p I'm doing 2200 calories a day now, for the past week. And I'm going to try to keep it up until I hit 180.

    When I do weighted crunches I hold 40lbs behind my head, well every now and then I hear a loud POP from my chest.     What should I be doing: losing weight, or gaining weight?

    Bulk to about 150ish (thats what I'm sitting at) not too strong but you get muscle defiition, especially in the abs.

    Cardio worked for me. I was 175 when I was 13 and at the end of cross country season I was 160.
