Breh just smoke weed or eat a fuck ton and drink alot of water till u get food coma and boom ur out cold. It'll subside after a week or two( the insomnia) well for most or some.. if that doesn't work just make sure to lower dose..

Yeah do leg presses^^^ or get knee wraps before your knees blow out. High reps is where its at but if you're stuck at 185 for reps then I'd advise you to atlease try to go abit heavier and see how you respond to it but if its too much then u always got diff alternatives.
