    Just curious and maybe taking a poll: How many of you feel that drinking can affect your gains? I know that some feel NO booze at all is the answer. Me? I have at least a beer each night and on the weekend a J.D. on the rocks. Hey don't answer this thread unless you are over 21......lol!

    Yes I know there are more articles on this than in the library of congress.....but. Has creatine gone the way of the dinosaur? It seems the hype has dwindled. Is anybody still doing it? I frequent a large Gold's gym and there are few and far between using it.

    Heavy decline flyes

    yes, you spell flyes; F L Y E S. Benching has been boring lately and no gains. tried some decline flyes and wow what a pump and the chest is getting there. Dorian liked them, I believe. I do them cluster set style 5x5. twice a week. Happy Lifting. burrn. :thinking:
