i am definitely not a body builder, or anything of the sort.
so i have no idea what to do...
alright, so i want the bottom part of my calves to grow. i want all of my calf muscle to grow, but mainly the bottom portion of it.
can any of you guys tell me how to shape them the way i want them?
i've been working on my abs for a while, and i've noticed that my right side has 4 showing, and my left side has 3, with a TINY one on the top..
can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong, and if there's any way to fix it?
