    Bench pressing without a spot?

    Bench pressing without a spot sucks, lastnight was a guessing game. I've never worked chest without a spotter(free-weights). If I'm not doing forced reps on my last set it doesn't get it. How much of a % of your 1rm do you lift without a spotter?
