Does anyone know if creatine and glutamine compete for absorbtion? I recently heard something about this and was wondering if I should alter my postworkout supps or maybe take them at different times.
I've been doing chins in my back routine for months now and I HATE doing them. I was wondering how many of you have had good overall back developement without them, and if so what does your back routine consist of. Any input will be much appreciated:D
