    Cholesterol in liver

    I have noticed how cheap liver is at the grocery store and am excited to have found an extremely cheap protein source that I love. I have read though that it is extremely high in cholesterol. Is it nothing to be concerned about like eggs if I eat liver once every day or two days?

    is this a good protein to take for a male bodybuilder or is it like soy? is it a complete protein and doesnt increase estrogen at all?
