    Ephedrine and Ephedra! whats the difference and do they both act the same?

    Well since the new Redline formula sux and doesnt work for me anymore now that its a lot weaker, I need to get back on something stronger...... I am able to get pure ephedrine pills from my GNC but I am wondering if it works the same as MaHuang/Ephedra????????

    CEX dosage question?

    I take 1/2 tsp CEX about 30-45 minutes before workout w/ a pre-wo protein shake, and then I take 3/4 tsp CEX post workout with post-wo shake, and then I take another 1/2 tsp CEX about 6-7 hours after the post-wo serving....... Is this too much CEX????????? and......... Can too much CEX...

    No-Xplode questions!!!!

    -why must u decrease glutamine consumption while on No-Xplode? -No-Xplode should be taken for best results on an empty stomach preferably in the morning when just awakening prior to the workout? so in a sense while using this product you cannot really have an effective pre-wo meal!!!
