Went to the gym tonight and there were some young kids there.
had the radio up to loud and listining to rap. (I use a ipod so did not have to hear it) .. But what realy got to me they were dancing in between sets . This is not a dance club it a gym . There I an done venting..:paddle:
I have not been lifting for a few months and I am starting to lift again this time I want to do it for power can someone give me any advise for a three day work out to start out with .:hmmm:
I just started lifting 2 months ago I have been doing a fullbody workout
and have had very good results btu now I wont to step it up and work on a
3 day split any help would be great.:hmmm:
