..Enough recovery ( rest ) time?
I was still feeling the soreness ( ' After Burn ' ) of Mondays sesion on my Bi's and Shoulders..
..Today, i had Tri's and Chest
My chest feels worked but my Tri's hardly feel worked..
..Where as my shoulders and Bi's feel like they've had a full workout...
..for the newbish thread!
But i need some help with setting up a rotta for my training..
..Since i'm a lone - trainer ( I don't go to any gyms ) i am unable to learn off others
I want to set up a training schedule for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays..
