    Supplements at young age?

    I'm 15 and I am on a mild routine, nothing serious. Just trying to build some muscle. Are there any supplements that I should take? I took protein for a while that a friend gave me. I used it all and never got anymore.

    I'm 15, and I weigh right around 125 pounds, so I'm pretty skinny. I am starting to lift, but I don't know what a good weight should be for me to aim at.
