Im 20, have been working out for a year or so... I've noticed that my shoulders have become slanted forward. I'd like to know what I can do about it - which areas to train to get that reversed. Thanks for the help.
I know that most forums dont allow linking to your website, or even worse disable HTML altogether.
I see so many sigs here with text links, or even banner to outside sites. Is it cool if I link to my buddy's site in the sig?

I've been seeing more and more of NOX, No2, etc. What is this exactly? Is it kind of like creatine (I usually hear about them together)? What's the best one out there? What are the benefits/side effects?
