    About resting

    People at the Gym advice me to rest for 1 day...while I think I should at least rest for 2+ ‎days a week. I'm 150lbs, target is bulking. What do you all think about it? ‎ I think if you are confused wither to train or rest...skinny people will be more on the safe ‎side with resting.‎
