I'm getting anxious here about getting back into my routine...both fitness and nutrition. Of course, I have changed my diet throughout my pregnancy to cater little Miss Dixie's cravings :lol: I've consumed things that I had totally cut out before pregnancy...but am damn proud to say my weight...
:lol: Um....I went to GNC and they no longer are *allowed* to carry the blue cohosh, but had the black cohosh. Is there any difference...could I still try this? Also, they didnt have it available in tincter, but only tea and pills. I figure I will start off with the tea. I'm doing this to help...
Just wondering if you can recommend something to relieve my unbearable heartburn! :( You can only eat so many TUMS in a day....they only provide relief for maybe 30 minutes then I find myself eating more. So, before I go asking my OB for a prescription for something stronger...thought I'd check...
