I may have misspelled casseine, but I'm talking about the protein replacement that's suggested to use before bedtime..
1) Why not just use "skim" milk before sleep? maybe casseine powder is just much more grams of protein per serving.. or are you mixing skim milk with your casseine powder...
I notice alot of the recommendations here make suggestions to use "Skim Milk" (where applicable) but I was wondering why not use "Fat Free" milk instead, it tastes about the same to me.. is there other reasons?

I've always gotten the Tuna in Spring Water, but have recently become aware of the importance of Omega fatty acids. So my question is this:
Wouldn't it be better for us to buy canned Tuna packed in Olive Oil - mostly for the purpose of eating it straight from the can?

I want to add more Salmon to my diet and was looking for some suggestions. I will be using the fillets when I can afford them but the canned stuff would help increase my use.
Do we just eat it straight from the can (raw), like tuna.. or what?

Heart Health Question..
Have a heart related question, hope this is the right section to post it in.. It is food related though. Anyway I've become determined to change some old bad habits and start working out again like I used to. I have always worked out off and on through out the years but...
I'm about to resume my workout after a long lay-off (6 months or so) and I never really dedicated myself to a particular way of eating though I new I should have. Anyway, this time I want to do better with the diet. My thing is this - I'm not sure what I want to do first, bulk or cut..so please...
