I have been training on and off now for a few years.
Like most people that dont read properly into the diet side of it, i thought drinking a few protein shakes would be sufficient. Obviously this is not the case.
I have read a few of the posts on here and have come up with the following diet...

ive been training for a few months now, and have only recently started looking a little deeper into technique etc.....
people have mentioned alot of exercises, that i have no clue about.
are there any websites that have video clips of the different exercises?
I dont want to start doing...
