    when i do push ups i hear poping in my elbos and other joints and i can feel it too. it feels odd. does this matter?

    im 17 years old and have been working out for 3 year thinking about trying creatine and i am started a diet plan soon. i only plan to use it for this footballs offseason. is this a good idea?
