    I'm vegetarian, what supplements should I use ?

    I train 5 days per week, until 2 months ago I was running 5-8 miles per day as well as doing weights. I'm not looking to put on mass as I'm only 5ft 3 and weigh between 142-147 pounds (depending on cardio) but I'd like to bring out what I've got. What do you guys suggest ?
