    Hand cramps during weight training

    when i do bar or bell work outs for hypertrophy or strength gain i tend to get alot of cramping in my hands. Is it because i am maybe holding my weights in a wrong fashion or something? does anyone know what i can do to stop these cramps?

    do you feel sore 2 or 3 days after your work out? just thought it was a bit odd that everybody else i know feels sore the day after but i take a while before i feel anything

    couple of body building question

    i just began bodybuilding recently and i have couple of general questions. First i have noticed that when i am doing 80% of my max sets [ in reps of 8-10] I usually dont feel much pain. I just feel numb and stiff. Where as when i do lower percentile sets like 60-50% of my max [in reps of 18-20]...
