    mixing creatine

    hi, recently I purchaced creatine monohydrate. It seems as though most of it gets stuck to the bottom of my glass when mixed with water.... what can I do to prevent this? would mixing it with soda instead produce a different result?

I am a hardgainer and enjoy these products, but my concern is that the cytogainer has 150mg cholesterol per serving... isn't that too high for long term use? I like how this product has the neccessary carbs and 3g creatine per serving...
