I have been working out for about 5 weeks and i am starting to see some diffrences, but i want to get BIG. I recently changed my diet to eating a lot of meat fruits and vegies. all sugestions will be great. right now i am 198 with some fat but i want to be 245.
hi my name is james and i just recently started to work out again after 3 years, I would like to be big again just want to know the new ways to get there. :D . i started four weeks ago at 210 lbs with a 38 waist and now i am 190 lbs w/ 34 waist i have bulked a little but i want more.
