While doing my arm routine I have been experiencing a dull, ache(not a muscle burn type pain) in my forearms during my preacher curls. I get a really good burn from the W/O but don't want to damage anything or put too much stress on my ulnas. Has anyone else experienced this.

Not much for some of you but i hit a new personal best today at the gym, I hit 215 max on my bench! This is the most I have ever been able to lift on flat bench and I was so pumped up and jacked I had to post it.

Sorry if I missed the answers, but I just started taking Whey protein, GNC's Chocolate flavor, and was wondering about how much I should be taking and when to pound the shake.

:help:OK I know I'm a newbie and all(the name should give it away), but i am having a hard time understanding some of the terminology used to describe some lifts. :confused:
IE; hack squats, skullcrushers, ETC.

For the past 2 days since my last work out my neck has been stiff. I worked my traps and back and did some military presses. I have a hard time turning my head now. Is this normal and will this stop happening after I have been lifting for a few months? :grumble: :eek:
Ok, me and my partner from work jsut started lifting about 2 months ago. We are having a hard time figuring out what kind of lifts to do. We want to build up arms, chest, legs, and abs. If anyone could help us out that would be great.
