Routine for a skinny guy.. 0.- I weigh about 126 pounds.. I'm looking to gain mass as I have really low body fat. Anybody got some good rountines out there for me?
My names christopher and I'm almost 16 and I'm looking to gain some muscle I'm 127 pounds right now and pretty low body fat. and I was looking to see if anyone could give me a good workout or something for a skinny person like me.
