This is mainly for mass so here it goes:
Chest/Triceps:
Flat Bench Press - 5x5 (Next time i do benching i do 3x8)
Incline Bench Press - 3x8 (Next time i do benching i do 5x5)
Flat Bench Dips - 2x50
Legs/Shoulders
Squat - 5x5
Toe Raises - 3x8
Military Press - 3x8
Shrugs -...
