    I have always heard that it is hard to overtrain calves but what about traps? Would it be overtraining to hit them twice a week? Thanks for any opinions.

    Opinions on butterfly machine

    Is there a big difference between db flyes and using the butterfly attachment? I can really load up the weight on the butterfly attachment but if I go real heavy with the dbs I put alot of stress on my shoulders especially when the weight is in the lowest position.
