I just started the rapid fat loss diet,
Here's basically what I ate today.
Meal 1: 50g Whey protein
Meal 2: 4oz Chicken Breast
Meal 3: 50g Whey protein
Meal 4: 4oz Chicken Breast and cup of green beans.
Meal 5: 2 Teaspoons of Natty PB
How does it look? Is there anything I should change?
