i always take it right before i go to bed, but ive been hearing that it is great to take peri-workout. is this true? and do you recomend any other times? im pretty sure its bad post workout right?
Im 19 years old 6ft 1 and 179 pounds and single percent BF. my max lifts are bench 255, deadlift 415, and squat(hamstrings touching calves) 305
im currently trying to get alot stronger and getting bigger hopefully i can learn from u guys here.
