hi all i have a dilemma regarding white rice. Im trying to rip up for the summer so as part of my new diet im instructed to eat only 50g of carbs with my first 4-5 meals of the day.
Now my questions is on the packets of rice i buy it tell me that 100g of rice contains around 73g of carbs whereas...
i recently began a new diet aimed at stripping down fat (ripping) while at the same time continuing to gain lean muscle mass. This is the diet i have was suggested to use and have been using it for the past week please let me know what u think.

hey i have heard alot about creatine damaging ur kidneys if u dont consume enough water, i was wondering if protein can also damage ur kidneys. By drinking plenty of water do u have nothin 2 worry about in both cases?
