I am curious if one could stack 1ad & m1t with 4ad for a 4 to 6 week cycle? Or is this not a good combination? Have been reading through the forums and I have not found this combination addressed. Or have I just not found the answer?
i have hit a plateau on my bench at 360. generally i use a pyramid method. i want to hit 405. i am 53 and my height is 6' weight is 230. i just can't seem to get past this level. any tips?
