    glutamine question...

    I bought this small canister of glutamine. A week later I realized that the protein I'm using has glutamine in it. (it seems most do) So if I'm taking plenty of protein in the form of shakes..lets say 2-3 shakes a day -- no point in me mixing a scoop of the straight stuff into a drink twice...
