Love the prowler!! I would account it for sure to the increases in my sprinting abilities.... After doing runs with it, I almost feel like I can fly !!
So I'm looking for news ideas for my HIIT cardio routines. Ones that will help encourage speed and explosiveness. I've been stuck with my usual sprinting and rowing at many different time intervals but I want to expand more. Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated

Tried it with some prop in the left bicep (I'm right handed) a long time ago.... Dumbest stuff I've done. Whole arm swole up and I couldn't use it for a week... Glutes, quads and delta for me!!
