If it was not for Arnold there is no way BB would be as big as it is now.
BB has moved on and we are finding out more and better ways to build are body???s all the time.
Arnold was at the top for a long time and no one has don as much to promote BB before and after him.

If a muscle is sore it has not fully recovered it can take up to 72 hours for a muscle to fully recover most don???t take this long :D but this is when your muscles get bigger.
