I have to listen to something with a beat to it...it's helps with the rhythm of my lifts.

2) Slick Rick
3) Dance Music
4) Dave Matthews

Just for the record....I'm a guy. I just have a 'soft' nickname. It's better than my first nickname from the guys in college, "Big Ass Dave". I like 'Winny' much better.

Rob--I think this is a case of 'different strokes for different folks'.
I use one b/c it's a way for me to keep my dicipline, which is my biggest hurdle. It helps me keep the 'workout' habit. I know others that go into the gym and just do what feels right that day.

I would have to say Back. It's the one bodypart I really have to 'concentrate' to hit effectively....which means I get into that 'zone'....
