    morning workouts on empty stomach! should i supp w/ BCAA's pre-wo?

    the reason why I ask is because i use no-xplode w/ cex pre-wo and if i take any type of food before i work out i dont feel the kick as much from the supplements! when I take the no-xplode w/ cex on an empty stomach i get a massive rush of energy and vascularity! I just dont want to diminish...

    this combo works so damn good, I can not believe how hard and vascular this combo is making me......... Just be sure to drink plenty of water with this combo!!!!

    Well since the new Redline formula sux and doesnt work for me anymore now that its a lot weaker, I need to get back on something stronger...... I am able to get pure ephedrine pills from my GNC but I am wondering if it works the same as MaHuang/Ephedra????????

    I was always under the impression that if you wanted to be lean and cut you should go heavy with low reps 4-6 range on the weights......... when cardio is part of your routine????????????? maybe I shoud add an extra set on to my shoulders...........

    CEX dosage question?

    I take 1/2 tsp CEX about 30-45 minutes before workout w/ a pre-wo protein shake, and then I take 3/4 tsp CEX post workout with post-wo shake, and then I take another 1/2 tsp CEX about 6-7 hours after the post-wo serving....... Is this too much CEX????????? and......... Can too much CEX...
