I take 1/2 tsp CEX about 30-45 minutes before workout w/ a pre-wo protein shake, and then I take 3/4 tsp CEX post workout with post-wo shake, and then I take another 1/2 tsp CEX about 6-7 hours after the post-wo serving.......
Is this too much CEX?????????
