    Yeah I have the same shitty scales at home. When I lean forward I weigh more. At least I have accurate scales at the gym. My advice is to spend some extra for better scsles, if your weight really matters for you.

    Better don't eat much of a junk food. I've tried once for gaining some weight, but I've only noticed some extra fat on my belly. Maybe I wasn't training hard enough, but in my opinion it doesn't help and doesn't worth it.

    10 000 calories a day is a crazy amount. It's not healthy at all. Be careful not to damage your health. You may have some problems with your stomach afterwards. Take care.

    I have the same idea about clean eating. You just need to eat simple food. Something natural, not processed. Meat, vegetables, nuts. The diet should be balanced. And you have to feel good about what you eat.

    I've never heard that cinnamon tick may help from smoking. I will try it too. Bad habit I can't get rid for a while. I used to eat carrots for that, but it didn't help that much.

    I buy eggs from the lady who keeps chicken in her yard. They are even more expensive than in the supermarket. But I believe they have more benefits for my health. I guess with the prices rising I will have to think about getting my own chicken.

    Congrats on losing 100lb. That's really a great achievement. About your loose skin, please, think twice before getting it removed. I think you just need some time of hard training, and it will become much more tight.
